Background is mixing with hairs and head is cut slightly.

Nice job. I think a bit of emphasis on the eyes, particularly the catchlight would make a big difference ion this image.

Far from an expert but as you requested :), I only went 2 as it just feels like the eyes are a little dark. I don't have any issues with cropping some of the hair or the black background, just the lighting throwing me a little bit
