This really stretches (and breaks for most observers) the definition of a headshot in terms of intent. Also, with hair that dark, on a black background, you've lost the basic shape of the head.
I see what you mean, and giving the definition of some websites, it's at the edge of if, if not already with a foot into something else. Still 'headshot' is a broad name which include anything that has a head as main subject, while it get more defined in the moment you place something like 'corporate' 'commercial' before.
But who knows, categories are human defined, they always shift, change, evolve and are almost never 100% reliable.
