I think it would be better if the transition in the background, between what I think is the back of a couch and the white wall, wasn't so prominent.

Thanks for your personal preferences. It was a living room couch setting. Client didnt want too corporate looking. Downwards angle was an experiment of mine, and I like it. Its not something I would do often. Cheers

nice angle, but horizontal line in background is distracting

Just my opinion...Standing above the subject projects a submissive impression and the horizontal line bisecting the subject's head is distracting from her face and expression.
