You have some great elements here. The Humvee and lighting work really well together, so there is definitely a wonderful photo here. The issue though is that the photo as a whole is a bit flat. It looks as if the foreground was just blasted with lights, so you don't get any of the mood that goes with either the Humvee or the lightning.
