This was taken while competing at a student-organized formula-style racing competition in Pittsburgh, PA. This car was custom built by a team of students at Carnegie Mellon University, myself included.

As a Formula Student alumni myself, I was happy to see FSAE represented by your entries.
For that reason alone, I went with 3* solid.
The composition is good, it shows off the motion very well through the long shutter, while the subject is nice and crisp.
There's two things you can do improve your pictures:
* Make sure you have a nice and clean background.
* Select your shutter speed according to the background: Make sure you have it set so while panning, you create nice streaks without any harsh or sharp artifacts.
