This is close to being great but her skin seems too soft and the whites of her eyes are a little too bright.
I agree on the whites of the eye being too bright. However I still see some pores and skin details, especially in her cheeks, so I don't know if I agree so much with that. Especially in Black and White which maybe is a little more forgiving on that.
Skin is definitely too blurred. I also think the framing is a little high and to the left of where it should be.
Yes, the skin could do with a bit more texture, and a recrop would work wonders. A little dodging in the darker areas would be good too. There is no detail in the blacks under her chin and next to her face.
