Although it ruins the whole "lean against the wall" thing, I feel that stepping away from the wall and straightening the "horizon" up (or purposefully tilting more) would help this image a lot.
I like the color treatment, feels like film. But in general this seems like more of a senior portrait or lifestyle shot than a beauty photo.
