So, it's obviously not a snapshot but the models face has been way to smoothed and I'm confused by the flower and all the props.
face smoothing is strong in this shot. Maybe go with a frequency separation technique.
I like the attempt at the story here, it kind of feels like she is trying to decide whether to leave or where to go. However the flower feels out of place for this and the smoothing is way overdone and doesn't blend well on lips.
