I feel like a bit less fill would've worked better with her look and expression! And the tiny bit of cut off head is a bit weird. Still a nice picture though!

The cutoff top of head is bothering me too. I don't think this light is flattering to the specific model. I think the hardest part of beauty photography might be choosing lighting that flatters the model's features. This photo just doesn't feel right even though you've done a great job with the light itself.
