When you don't have any fancy equipment, not external lights, you ask the model to block sunlight off using a diffuser. A beauty shot taken outdoors!!

I feel like only the right eyebrow is sharp. A higher F-stop would be nice.
Out of focus, as Mark mentioned. It's really critical when you're working with such a wide aperture and so close to your subject. Tones look pretty good though, nice job making the most of what you have.
