Definitely not a classic "beauty" shot, but I find that the colors really draw me in and I think you did a great jobs with the framing where everything important is there, but there's just enough of the model obscured to make it feel really candid. Not sure if it was posed or not, but either way...
That cord and the bra strap are taking my eye away from the subject. I think a wide crop to eliminate the top part would work better. I love the look and the colors.
I removed the cord in photoshop and I did plenty of different crops. In my opinion the cord / bra strap just add to the photo. So I kept it as is. I think its nice being able to see that its actually a light up sign through a window. I like how the cord wraps right around her hand. And the bra strap showing matched the white lights/looks sexy.
