Tons of room above her head, but nothing particularly interesting up there. Feels like it needed to be framed tighter.

No problem. A square crop could probably solve the issue, too.
To add onto what Michael Jin said, I also feel like it is maybe a little soft? Perhaps a little selective sharpening of hair, flowers, lips would help?
