Tough one... when I think "beauty shot" I think clear skin, and you have a lot of pores and lines on forehead. However the texture it gives to the paint/makeup does work, though I feel it's most successful under the eyes. Maybe selective smoothing?
Agree with Tom, this is an awesome shot but not super fitting of the contest theme. Good job on this one.
