I like the idea of the window bokeh, but I feel like the half circles with hard lines is distracting. That side of the image also feels a bit washed out. Thankfully these are easy (ish in bokeh) fixes.

My first thought for bokeh is clone stamp tbh. Either to remove them entirely or try to clone it as a mirror. I feel like her hair will be easier to do the mirror, but her face overall poses more of a challenge either way.
The washing out is a simple gradient with exposure changes.

In general this photo could use a lot of refining. The contrast and colors are very dull and her pose is not interesting. I actually like the bokeh reflections idea but it doesn't work covering her face like this. It's going to be tough getting a good image shooting through a window.
