I feel like you may have something as a starting point here, but the noise really hurts and seeing all the pores on the skin hurt. Thankfully both are an easy fix with high noise reduction as this is a case where some loss of sharpness (selectively) could work in my opinion!
You're right, I've redone the edit, looks a lot better now. Sadly I can't update the entry.
Glad to have been of some help. While it kind of is a pain you can't update the entry, it also makes sense unless they locked comments until submissions closed.
As this is a candid shot, it kind of doesn't belong in a beauty photography contest even if she is beautiful.

Jesse, yeah, I don't really do beauty shots as such - but I felt like I wanted to participate, so I had to make do.
