This photo was taken in Glencoe, after what looked like a total disaster of a morning I was driving back from another location when the sun started bursting through the clouds onto the mountains. I pulled up and shot this house with the mountain backdrop peppered with light and some moody clouds. I originally had a river bed within the image but I felt cropping it out worked best.

Love the light, comp, well done. Don't do like I did, be sure to clean the sensor spot
Very nice moody shot, straighten up that house and that's a 4 to me. The community giving it an average of 2.27 is just bullshit honestly. How many shots am I seeing in this contest that have nice light but no feeling at all and yet are rated above 3 because it's well processed... People are too quick to forget that photos are supposed to make you feel something, it's art, not a technical contest of "who's the best at photoshop with the sharpest lens".
Thank you both for your feedback, Erick I didn’t even notice the sensor dust spot, so thank you for pointing that out 👍 I appreciate all criticism regardless of good or bad. It’s the only way to improve your photography I think.
