This was shot at Lago Carezza (Dolomites, Italy) at early sunrise in the summer. I drove up at 3:30am in complete dark, froze my a** off at 32°F, drank the hot tea i brought and waited for the sun to rise. Since i didn't yet own a wide angle lens at the time, i shot 5 vertical images with my 50mm and stiched them together afterwards in photoshop.
