I like the colors.
It seems a little soft in the details, but it's still a great shot.
Great shot. (That sky ... wow!) Only change I would make is to try to get closer down to the water. I like the leading line from the river up to The Watchman, but I think it would work even better if the perspective weren't from so high above the water.
