Great concept. Yes I know how light works through water and lights underneath :)
Only criticism is the lower part of the shot. Especially the hand and halo. If it was me, I would have gone with a reverse grad filter in PS from the bottom upwards if you wanted to brighten the bottom section. It does away with the halos.
