Ah, what the heck. I did this one a year ago just for fun. Don't think it will make the CTC episode, but hope you'll chuckle little while choosing images to put in the show. ;)

This is a cool shot; think a more natural looking light coming in from the right side would make it a little less busy.

Is this a photo or a render?
This is a photo of the old castle tower ruins. I've added the Assassin's silhouette and some dust / sun rays in post. As I mentioned - this image was made "just for fun" and I never imagined it would make it to the CTC video.
I did it some time ago, and my post-processing skills weren't as good as now. I take all you said as valid points and, if I would do it more seriously, I would do it differently and with greater care for sure.
But still, thank you (both to you and Lee) for your input on this.
BTW. I think The Crow was awesome. Just sorry for the Brendan.
Thanks for the response. So it is a photograph with some added comps to make it look like Assasin's Creed...lots of people are saying it's an actual screen grab.

I wanted to post an unedited file here to spoil some fun and magic behind the photo, but CTC comments don't allow to attach pictures. Nevertheless - I still have my flat, uninspiring RAW file for this, if anyone's interested.
