The vertical lines are crooked though, you'd get a higher rating if you fixed that in lightroom, it's just one click.
The horizon is horizontal. You would never be able to get all the lines vertical on the house since it taken at an angle.

And now the horizon is not horizontal and you cropped off the bottom of my photo.
Yes it would require further photoshopping. That's why it's important to shoot at a wider angle, anticipating those corrections. I'm telling you why you got a low rating, and that's because your verticals are crooked. If you don't want your images to be critiqued, don't come here man...
