This is a shot that was taken during the day with my friend. We were walking through the Cleveland metroparks and I had the idea to take a shot with her behind some leaves. I found this tree and saw the branch coming down in an interesting direction then had her stand in a patch without any leaves in it. I made sure the light was coming from behind us so her eye would be lit and I used very shallow focus to emphasize her face.
