Living in Portland you have excellent public transportation. I enjoyed traveling to work everyday and walking through the different parts of downtown as I make my way to the office. On purpose I would take different routes on foot to catch something new.
When you have the slightest amount of good weather, everyone comes out. All the street artist come to show their talents and earn some money while doing it. This man had a small setup playing some tunes as people were entering and exiting the Max light rail.
