For the most part, I do not usually like a inclined horizon. But I love the movement and the colors of your photo. The composition is also very good so I rated this picture high.

Thank you for your comment. The inclination bothered me too. I wanted to correct this in post, but it was making the top roof horizon inclined. So, I decided to keep it as it is.
I took this from across a busy street and this was one without any other vehicles in the frame. Thank you for rating it high :)
