I think this image is fantastic. Cropping this vertical makes it stand out. Composition is perfect with the black looming in from both the top and bottom, the mountain range in the back a great divider. The composition of light and dark dominate this image so it takes the viewer a moment to even behold what he is looking at. The vastness of the landscape reveals itself only on the second glance. Great.
