Taken from Reynisfjara beach in Iceland at the stacks, with a storm blowing in. 30+ MPH winds and sideways rain made getting the shot a little difficult with trying to hold down the tripod and keeping the lens cleaned from both sea water and the rain. It was an amazing scene and thanks to the storm while everyone else was sheltered in the caves, I had the area to myself. True to the contest form, this is unedited straight from camera.

Thanks! Who knows maybe we're cousins somewhere down the line!

I like the dramatism and I think it s being underrated by community

Thank you! This is one of my favorite images from the recent Iceland trip. It was so much fun being able to explore around and see so many amazing landscapes. The contests are always hard on photos, I really appreciate the feedback!

I bet the final image is stunning!
