I like the birds, but I think the red sail takes the eye away from the car. I'd put the birds on the right to balance, and nix the surfer. And maybe kill the license plate in the window.
Thanks for the suggeations. I really debated if I should have added the surfer. Good point about balancing things with the birds, didn't really consider that.
