This is a portrait of Hey Hey Jr. a pet rooster the day before he was destroyed and disposed of
by the Department of Food and Agriculture State of California. Hey Hey Jr. was not sick but was considered exposed to Virulent Newcastle Disease because the State found a sick bird a mile away.
