I like the composition - I think this just needs a bit of work in post to make it really pop.

I like the image. I am unsure why you want the license plate letters "mirrored". Also, why is the license plate sharper in the lower half of the image?

He flipped the image. The reflection is on top and the actual car is on the bottom.
Nice and interesting! The reflection is on top and the actual subject is on the bottom, that is the reason for the backwards plate. Very cool idea!
