I would like to see this image with a different shirt. It won't take long to photoshop his T-Shirt blue. It will increase the contrast for sure and makes you more aware of him beeing the subject in his environment. Right now, because of his skin tone and the red shirt, you don't pay as much attention to him, as you could do.
