Submit Your Best Interpretation of "Wet" Images

As a street photographer, I always look for a passage of time and interesting subject when I shoot. A boy runs freely in the busy street of Istanbul as he covers his head with a piece of plastic to keep his head dry from the rain that I find it quite funny and interesting. This was taken when my wife and I went on a vacation in Turkey last year.
