Blurry water has long since become a cliche. I do like the textural contrast between the smooth water and rough rocks. Personally, I would have tried to freeze the water. But if your intent is to print large, the ISO might have been too high. But water treatment is a personal choice here. I like the image.

I forgot to bring my nd filter with me so i dropped the iso to the lowest and shutter to around 1/5- 1 second so there isn’t to much blown out
