Nice picture. For me, a few small things could make a big difference. Remove the little bit of red reflection at the bottom of the fame, reduce background exposure (vignette maybe?) and straighten the horizon.
The colour on the dress is spot on.
To add to Adam's comment, there are a number of water spots? on the lens. These spots would need to be corrected before this would be portfolio ready.
