I struggled with this as either a 2 or a 3. I feel like the wrist and hand is awkward almost like she is playing with her ear. I also struggled with the pink blotches on her face. I really like the lighting and overall look of the image.
I gave a 3 here because i really like the lighting. the pose could use a tad bit of work. I agree about the wrist/hand. I'm also not to sure about the eyes being so far off to her right (camera left). from a lighting/technical standpoint, its a good image.
