I was lucky enough to stumble upon this street festival in Delft, Netherlands my first day there. As I waited to check into my hotel I roamed around the city center snapping photos. I decided I wanted to showcase the city life itself as a collective, rather than individual people, and went for a longer exposure here.

Lol thanks Victor! It’s funny really, like 5 of the first 6 votes were one star. I would actually be pretty impressed if someone managed to take a long exposure “snapshot.” Anyways, I take these contest votes with a grain of salt now. Thanks again
