This is a really old shot of mine, but I found it on my hard drive just recently. It's one of the flowers that grow in one of the mountain ranges nearby (please, don't ask me what its name is). I was drawn to the color contrast between green stem and purple flowers. In post, I added a little flare on top to give it more portrait feel.
