I took a photo of a huge pile of fungus growing in the woods and wanted to add a little interest. Later that walk I found a huge snail and figured I could composite a shot to make something visually interesting.

I love this little guy! It is such a great shallow DOF shot, and it is so clean that it almost looks animated. Fantastic!
I agree - nice shot. But it is an image of a snail on a fungus - not a plant in sight. Don't know that it fits the topic. Very pretty though.

Ah good point, but since "Foliage" is pretty vague, I figured this still sort of works. But all depends on it they accept it under the terms of the contest I guess lol I will say, I was hesitant to post it for that reason
LOL... I like the shot it strikes me as Humerous almost cartoonish.
