I love the buildings in Pittsburgh. I went with a 2. I think the colors in the tree and on the ground look good but the sky is over cooked a little. The potted tree is also distracting.
I haven`t voted but I can comment. There are some green rays from the upper right corner from the sky. I would crop out the person at the left wich is distracting, and make sure the image is level. Sometimes it`s cool if a picture is leaning, but I don`t know if it is here. Keep up the good work.

I'm viewing this on a cell phone so the small branches of the potted tree basically disappear. Because of that I thought the pot in the center of the frame was supposed to be holding the Christmas tree. I thought that this was a smaller tree in the foreground and I was seeing people skating underneath it. only after zooming in that I realize that the people's heads were in front of the bottom of the tree. Basically, that pot being centered in the middle of your photo makes it the subject of the photo. Either reshoot without the ported tree in frame, or get really creative withe the clone stamp. Then re-crop to focus on the tree. Hope this was helpful!
