Well executed, but I've seen hundreds of these black and white double exposure things so I can't give points for "unique". Not sure I like the head(s) being cut off. I wonder how the image might look if the guitar head remained while the guitarist's was dreamily missing. Just a thought.
Personally, given the composition, I think this should be cropped in quite tight to the model. Just too much empty space for me.
