While walking through a side alley in Rome, we passed an open door with the most wonderful aroma spilling out. We couldn't help but peak in to find the hustle and bustle of an Italian kitchen. We stood there mesmerized by the flow and sounds coming from the kitchen, the chef gave us a quick wave and a smile and then he was back to work.
