I like the action and the mood. Maybe a little blurry but that adds to it. Solid image.
If this was just a blurry photo, I would say "eh" but the your composition transforms the whole mood. The boarder is almost subservient to the abstract yet symmetrical fields of grey, swirling mist and waves.
