Rated a 2 because obviously thought and effort went into this edit. However, the grading is a bit too heavy handed for me personally with the gaussian blur/vignetting and B&W vs color. Wish the whole thing had been color because I do like the colors you manipulated on your subject. The blur does do a good job of drawing the eye in, but the overall composition is too wide and cavernous. If you could crop out the blurred areas, in my opinion you'd have a much stronger composition and image on your hands. I like the creativity, keep it up!
...for a senior photo though? Must be in Idaho- isn't the legal age 18 there?
Usually to serve you can be younger (I don't know for sure, but that's how it is in my area at least).
