Again, as with so many of the photos, the background is distracting. In this case, the two large white dots are the worst offenders. There is a dark blurry line along the left edge that doesn't help. And although her body seems to be leaning back (odd for a portrait) I really don't mind that. She has a nice expression on her face and being a fan of black and white I think it enhances her personality coming through the photo.

Ask her to relax her mouth. Other than that, everything is good.
