Very Good. Maybe you can experiment with a crop the further focuses attention on your model

For me, a good moody image. less the distracting light at left. May be a tighter crop giving more prominence to the subject.

Agree with Hector and Vijay. Crop on the right at about the middle of the yacht, cropping out what looks like observation binoculars. On the left, crop out the light. Another idea might be to touch out the light and crop to the stern of the yacht. That would give more of a feel for the big city (however, it would still need to be cropped on the left eliminating the sky to the left of the last building on the left). Nice potential here. Is she a college senior?
