I voted a three-star wish I could have given a 2.5.

The bush on the right in the front of the image is very distracting to me. It does provide a bit of reference for the depth of the image. The people show the size of the arch and the cliffs. If it was a landscape photograph I would have either waited until they were gone or removed them in post. For a travel photograph, the people show that it is a hiking area. I would like a little dodge and burn in the arch and the cliff in the shade to help show the details. But, be careful not to go too crazy with that tool.
