Sorry to say but this does have more of a snap shot feel to it. The chain link fence is visible and possibly making the subject look soft in that it also doesn't appear very sharp in the first place.
Shooting in the middle of the day its very hard to get good lighting and the colours to me look pretty bland. Didn't want to give a low vote without a reason. It's not to make you feel bad but to help see another side of the photo. Just keep shooting and if you like the photo who cares what someone else thinks!

How does this bring a snap shot feel? That's an insult to me and m work. I understand that its not a world class photo but don't say this looks like a snap shot when you can clearly see that I took the time to edit this and waited for the subject to pose perfect for me.

I mentioned what I saw as issues that made me rate it low. You can do what you like next time you're out shooting but with 60 people giving it a low rating would you not want constructive feed back that's trying to help you?
