I call this image "Last Look". It was getting stormy and this surfer decided to call it a day. As he went across the top of the dune, he turned to take one last look at the waves. I love the sense of regret that the surf was done for the day. This was shot for the cover of the local magazine leaving room for the header and feature text. Unfortunately they decided to go with another image. Maybe next year!
