Smoke, Pollution, and Fog in Udaipur, India.

I would love some feedback on this one. This is definitely not one of my best images or even close.
I was very challenged by this photo.

I was able to get up on a tall roof one morning and it was foggy and polluted. I wanted to show the colors and contrast in the city. It was a beautiful and interesting scene but struggled to find a composition and a direction in which to edit this.

How should I approach this environment? How could I improve my composition? My editing?
