The typical bikini shoot is usually done on a beautiful beach or poolside, but I wanted to create something different. Shot in studio, the model (Sarha) evoked a sultry look and with that I wanted to enhance her exotic look. Using the fog machine and mixed with the gelled strobes, the effect is a dream-like look while her skin is washed with the blue gelled strobe giving her a metallic look.

The setup consisted of 3 strobes (Broncolor). The key was an Octabox (75) with a blue gel, the fill was a small 60x60 softbox with another blue gel, and the background strobe was fitted with a P70 reflector and purple gel. Shot with Canon 1Dx and a 70-200mm lens.
