Fisherman and Yellowstone national park.
Although this image looks like a scene from a post-apocalyptic film, where the world under distress, you almost hear screams and chaos this moment couldn't be farther apart. We see a fisherman, enjoying a peaceful sunset, waiting patiently for his prized catch. The apparent "smoke" is in fact steam coming out of geothermal geysers in Yellowstone National park. There was nothing but silence and sounds of the wind and river flowing.
The irony is one of the reasons this image stood out to me.
